When You Open NYX Casting Call, You May Go Gray: The NYX 10 Color Eyeshadow Palette in Casting Call - Makeup and Beauty Blog

I was actually hoping my recent run-in with the NYX Velvet Rope Palette was a straw of actually rad NYX things to come, just the visitor's x Colour Eyeshadow Palette in Casting Phone call ($9.75) totally nixed that theory.

With 10 more often than not shimmery (there'south one very sheer matte black) powder shadows in shades of grayness, silver and one alone statuary, it's one of four new palettes recently added to NYX's "The Rail Collection."

If you lot retrieve you've seen this palette earlier…you may have. Are you thinking of the NYX Winter in Moscow Palette ($20)? It had a very similar vibe.

These are colors that would probably await their best on lighter lovelies, with the nuances of the different grays actualization more pronounced than they practise on my NC 35 skin. Unfortunately, of the 9 shadows I tried on my lids (I didn't try i of the lighter frosty grays), all of them went on patchy and uneven, so texture may exist an issue with these.

I call back it was smart of NYX to include a statuary that tin can work every bit either a highlighter or a crease color, if for no meliorate reason than to liven up this body of water of gray.

Casting Telephone call isn't a full bosom, and I gotta requite NYX props for keeping it affordable — half as much, at present that I retrieve about it, equally the similar (but larger and slightly more than diverse) Winter in Moscow.
